Shipping & Returns

Physical products are only currently only available for purchase and shipping in Australia.

Physical products will be dispatched within 28 days of purchase. Then, standard shipping takes about 5 business days during the regular season. In December and January, shipping times may take longer. 

We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive within a month of purchase, please let us know and we’ll look into what has happened.

In the event that we cannot locate your items and there is no record of delivery, a full refund will be provided. 

Physical items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition. In the event of sunflower packs, this includes no attempt at making the suflowers (ie packs can be reused). Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately and you will be refunded the entire cost of the item, less shipping.

Virtual items (e.g. Sunflower instructions) will not be refunded, as the product has an unlimited life.

CCReW Believer packages can be cancelled in alignment with the terms and conditions outlined in the CCReW Believer Brochure.

Returns are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label, which will be sent to you in the event you request a return.

Simply repackage the item, affix the label you returned in the original package, and send it back to us.
